At the Kolkata Knight Riders official store, we want you to wear your purple and gold with pride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure your KKR merchandise is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all official tags and holographic stickers intact.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in the original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop off the package at any authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 7 business days.
